Sergei Mironov, Chairman of Party A JUST RUSSIA and the Leader of its State Duma faction received a delegation of the Social Democratic Party of Kirghizia on 21 December. Ruslan Tatarinov, the Head of the Central Office of Party A JUST RUSSIA, and the deputies of the A Just Russia party faction at the State Duma Alexander Romanovich and Alexei Chepa also participated in the meeting.

Sergei Mironov stressed at the very beginning of the meeting that he was glad to welcome the delegation of the friendly party. He also congratulated the delegation members on the victory in the past parliamentary elections. He emphasized that the elections were democratic and honest, and the first place the SDPK won in the elections produces a special joy.

On behalf of the delegation members, Chinibai Tursunbekov, the leader of the Social Democratic Party of Kirghizia, the leader of the SDPK faction, the leader of the coalition of the parliamentary majority at Zhogorku Kenesh (the parliament) thanked Sergei Mironov for the kind reception and hospitality. He told the meeting participants about the SDPK which is the oldest party founded after the dissolution of the USSR; it has been in opposition to the authorities in power for seventeen years.

The parties exchanged opinions over a wide range of political and economic issues.

The main result of the meeting was signing of an Agreement on Cooperation between the Social Democratic Party of Kirghizia and Party A JUST RUSSIA.
