On 20th of November the State Duma considered the draft resolution number 932959-6, named "An address of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to the Assembly of the Montenegro, parliamentarians of members States of The North Atlantic Treaty organization and the Parlamentary Assembly of the organization for security and cooperation in Europe". A JUST RUSSIA party was presented by a speaker Alexandr Romanovich:

I should say one more time, the text of my today's speech is adjusted so that it is difficult to add anything to it. It will produce an effect , I believe. I think, the appeal is taken in the correct time, but we can not say in a good time. During the last few days global changes occurred in foreign policy. After Russia President Vladimir Putin participant in the G20 and after a Just Russia Party's leader speech about a change in our foreign policy The EU directives and NATO priorities will be changed too.

In the last carefully and transparent address of the Europian Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker to our President Vladimir Putin was said about the need to establish mutual cooperation between the EU and the Eurasian economic Union. For him as professional in the integration field this act is important sign of new idea and believe. There is a question whether it is appropriate for Montenegro to join NATO in the context of the new Europians opinions after Paris terrorist attacks and positive changes after Antalia summit. I consider, the question should be answered and they have to think the matter over. One more time, our Faction support the address text of the State Duma. The text is correct and well-timed, it will be well-received.
